Trained at Silwood, South Africa, my cuisine is inspired by global travel and a deep respect for seasonality. About me

I am a South African chef with a Mediterranean-style flair. After seven years in the culinary world — from fine dining kitchens to the ashrams of India — I’ve followed flavor wherever it led me. I bring bold, balanced tastes inspired by fresh, seasonal produce, bright herbs, warm spices, and the slow, soulful techniques I learned while living and cooking in India.

My approach centers on creating meals that nourish the body and lift the spirit. I design menus that are vibrant and nutritious, with an emphasis on whole foods, mindful preparation, and thoughtful combinations of texture and aroma. Whether crafting an intimate tasting menu, a family-style feast, or a wellness-focused meal plan, I prioritize ease and enjoyment for my clients.

Nothing feels more natural than long, slow Sunday lunches and a glass of rosé in the summer sun. From gorgeous, hearty salads to spicy seafood pastas, we offer bespoke lunch tables for up to 15 guests. Fresh, tangy and simply moreish, each menu is thoughtfully composed to balance bright seasonal produce with bold, comforting flavors—served family-style to encourage lingering conversation and effortless sharing. Every table is tailored to your tastes, from delicate starters and crunchy sides to decadent desserts, ensuring a relaxed, unforgettable afternoon that tastes as effortless as it feels.

Fresh mixed greens with crisp cucumber, heirloom tomatoes, and shaved fennel tossed in a bright lemon-herb vinaigrette; roasted seasonal vegetables finished with a drizzle of herb oil; a selection of freshly baked breads with cultured butter and house-made olive tapenade.

Finish on light and summery desserts, limoncellos that overflow, and gentle goodbyes. While we take care of the cleanup.

For an unforgettable special-occasion dinner for 15, reserve early to ensure a seamless evening featuring up to five elegantly composed courses, each paired with thoughtfully selected wines that enhance flavors without overwhelming the palate. We prioritize the freshest seasonal ingredients—locally sourced produce, sustainably caught seafood, and heritage-farmed proteins—so each course feels bright, vibrant, and true to its origins. Expect classic Mediterranean elements such as olive oil–kissed vegetables, citrus- and herb-forward accents, grilled seafood, and slow-roasted meats, alongside modern techniques (confit, sous-vide, charred and fire-roasted finishes) and thoughtful fusion touches that might introduce global spices, Asian umami layers, or playful reinterpretations of traditional dishes.

Table décor is tailored to the occasion—seasonal centerpieces, layered linens, place settings with polished flatware and glassware for each course, and subtle lighting to create atmosphere—while practical considerations such as service flow, course timing, and wine decanting are coordinated in advance.
